Josefa is, first and foremost, about an encounter, an encounter between an inspiration and individual harmonics. Thus, starting in September 2011, when a few people met at the request of Gilbert Granjon, a project grew and it became a charitable foundation in June 2012: the Josefa Foundation was born.
Since then, other people have joined the idea which underlies the Josefa Foundation. So, to serve the mission of the Josefa Foundation, which aims to promote the integration and complete development of refugees through the Josefa House, the resources that you offer, that you bring, thanks to your human or investment experiences, will feed and enrich the Josefa House.
People and a House, people at the heart of a House: isn’t it this relationship, which is a work-in-progress, that will provide the very foundation of the Josefa House?
That’s what we hope for, and we hope to share this vision with those who, like yourselves, see an opportunity in the migration of people to share our differences. This will allow the Josefa House to be, to become and to remain a house of humanity, at first as an inspiration then concretely and jointly, tuned to the issues of our migration in this world, our world.
